Shri Anagha – Datta
foot prints (Paduka)

Whenever you pray and ask something full heartedly, your wish is fulfilled by the deity ‘ Shri Anagha – Datta ’ through the medium of their ‘ Foot Prints ’ (Padukas)

These Foot prints (Padukas) are hand crafted from a single piece of White Marble and are fixed on a stone, so they are called as Achal-Immovable Padukas. These Padukas are coated with paste of pure sandalwood powder every Thursday and on day of Full Moon, the Pournima. The paste when dried is converted into marble size balls and given to the worshippers as ‘ Prasad ’.

We have one more set of such Sandals intricately carved from Shisam Wood, which are movable, hence called as Chal-Movable Padukas. These are coated with best quality of perfume daily and the smaller idol of Shri Dattatraya is placed upon them.
